TALKS Youth Mentoring: Youth transforming through building relationships
In this program, young people are paired with adult volunteers (some DePauw students) through their county schools and meet weekly in a structured program to increase professional skills. The goal is greater success in their schooling, which can yield greater success in their future jobs and in service to their community, a “future story.”
